   Dosing

   Take the smallest marked dose, note the time, and do not take more for two hours — even if you feel nothing at all after one. Food in your stomach slows onset further, not the strength.

   Fill the dropper to the mark, hold the liquid under your tongue for a full 60 seconds without swallowing, then swallow the rest. Swallowing early turns it into an edible, with the slower onset that implies.

   Storage

   Keep it sealed, upright and out of direct light at 15–20 °C. Heat and light degrade cannabinoids faster than time does, and a warm windowsill will cost you more potency in a week than a cool cupboard will in three months. Out of reach of children and animals.
